AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS

01. How can I determine the authenticity of my golf club?

To determine the authenticity of your golf club, you can take it to an authorized Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO dealer and have them set up an inspection with us. The club will then be sent back to our headquarters and inspected for authenticity. 02. Where is the serial number listed on club?

For products, the serial number will be listed on the hosel of every club. On all iron sets made after 2009, the serial number will only be listed on the 6 or 7 iron.

03. If I provide a Serial number for my club, can you verify Authenticity?

We are unable to verify authenticity by serial number alone. If you are in doubt of the authenticity of your club, you can take it to an authorized Srixon/Cleveland Golf / XXIO dealer and have them set up an inspection with us. The club will then be sent back to our headquarters and inspected for authenticity. 01. HOW ARE THE SRIXON, CLEVELAND GOLF AND XXIO BRANDS CONNECTED?

Srixon, Cleveland Golf, XXIO, and the Dunlop brand are owned by Sumitomo Rubber Industries (SRI), a publicly held company in Japan. We are a US based, 100% owned, subsidiary company that distributes SRI’s golf and racquet sport products to North and South America.

01. I am looking for an older Golf product, how do I know if you are still making it?

Our products are typically in line for a maximum of two years. Beyond that, some would only be available for purchase on a case-by-case basis. 02. I am looking for the specs for my older Club; where can I find this information?

03. How do I clean my clubs?

Wipe down the golf club with a wet towel after every shot. To clean the grooves, use a nylon brush, and never use a steel brush. You can use mild soap and water when needed.

04. How do I register my clubs?

01. Where can I find a replacement head cover for my Golf club?

We offer head covers for our current product line in our online shops at ClevelandGolf.com or Srixon.com or XXIOUSA.com. 03. I am a consumer; am I able to purchase directly from YOU over the phone?

04. I have lost a club in my iron set, where am I able to find a replacement?

We keep inventory for up to two years after the date of release. If it is an older product, please call our Customer Experience team at (800) 999-6263 and they are able to guide you towards authorized resellers who may have the club you are looking for.

05. What is the status of MY order?

06. How will the charge show up on my PAYMENT card STATEMENT?

The charge for your order appears on your payment card statement as: "Srixon"

07. I am receiving an error message stating “Your order could not be processed. Prior submitting again, please review the billing information you have supplied is accurate. 

If you are receiving this message, in most cases this is either due to a simple issue with your billing address or an incorrect credit (debit) card security code (CVN). Please ensure the billing address you are supplying matches exactly what your credit (debit) card issuing bank has on file. If you make multiple attempts in failure, please contact your card issuing bank to verify the supplied billing address matches their information on file. Please note, if multiple attempts are made in failure, even though the transaction wasn’t successful, your card issuing bank might verify the funds available and mark it as a temporary authorization. This is not a charge and Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO will not proceed in processing these failed transactions. Typically these temporary authorizations will drop off your account within 2-5 business days, but please contact your card issuing bank for any questions or to expedite.

08. Do you charge Sales Tax?

Yes, Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO is required to charge applicable sales tax on purchases made on ClevelandGolf.com or Srixon.com or XXIOUSA.com. Sales tax is calculated based on the state and local taxes of the shipping address you provide during checkout.

09. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Srixon/Cleveland Golf ships orders every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Below are the processing times before shipping, keep in mind these times vary depending on product availability.

  • Stock: 2-3 Business Days
  • Custom/ Confugured: 3-5 Business Days
  • Personalized: 7-10 Business Days

 

10. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, delivery times vary between 1-5 days depending on the location of your shipping address and carrier.

WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENTS

01. I have a broken component on my club. How can I get this fixed?

To see if the broken club would be covered under our Manufacturer’s Warranty, you would need to take it to an authorized Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO dealer and have them set up an inspection with us. The club will then be sent back to our headquarters and inspected by our repairs team. We will let the dealer know if it will be covered under our warranty. 02. I have a club that broke. How do I know if this would be covered under warranty?

03. Am I able to get my club adjusted or re-gripped from the manufacturer?

We are able to assist you with club adjustments and re-gripping. You would need to take the club to one of our authorized Srixon / Cleveland Golf / XXIO dealers and have them set up a repair authorization. The club will then be sent back to our headquarters and we will make the necessary adjustments you are looking for.
