Title: Systems Operator II

Description

The System Operator II role is to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion. Additionally, Computer Operator II will provide printer support and end user training where required.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor E1 servers to ensure information technology systems are online and working normally.
  • Review User Access Forms for JSOX compliance and user’s hardware software needs.
  • Maintain printer fleet by coordinating repairs and maintenance with our vendor customer engineers.
  • Maintain user access and train users on multitasking printing machines.
  • Monitor and correct print quality issues on label printers, laser printers, and inkjet printers.
  • Maintain and repair Zebra printer fleet. Maintain Zebra parts inventory and supplies.
  • Assist our printing support personal with printing and copy machine maintenance.
  • Manage printer supplies inventory.
  • Document IT processes. Create flow charts and recommend process improvement
  • Create and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights with the approval of the Director of IT.
  • Assist with Managing Help Desk tickets and Velocity incidents.
  • Assist with PC, Mac and communication devices (iPhones and iPads)
  • Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development efforts.
  • Work with IS Director and IS Computer/Communication Manager creating Purchase Requisitions, purchase research, and work closely with vendors, the Receiving Dept. and Purchasing dept. to complete the purchasing process.
  • Keep current with emerging security alerts and issues.
  • Provide on-call security support to end-users.
Position Requirements
  • In-depth technical knowledge of network, PC, Mac and platform operating systems, including Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 Pro, Windows 2016 Server and Microsoft Office 2016.
  • Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network administration/protocols.
  • Intuition and keen instincts to pre-empt attacks.
  • Hands-on experience with devices such as hubs, switches, and routers.
  • Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Highly self motivated and directed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Field Service Rep will have two primary components:

  1. Provide support in driving sales performance within a territory
  2. Excellent customer and consumer satisfaction thru field activities

The FSR will work with the Independent Sales Rep to partner with retailers from a golf specialty store to a green grass golf shop to deliver the products, experiences and brand stories that make SRX/CG/XXIO the preeminent golf brand portfolio. The team of two will work to ignite the brands and accelerate sales and distribution growth well above company averages. The FSR will keenly understand consumers, the marketplaces and SRX/CG/XXIO products. They will collaborate with the Independent Sales Rep to work on Marketing, Merchandising, Trial, and Product Placement plans for each territory. Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention.

TYPICAL DUTIES:
Typical duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Ball Fitting Events - technical assistance in providing consumer recommendations on proper golf ball selection Wedge Clinics - conducting Scoring Clinics with local golf professionals to help wedge fit consumers XXIO Experience Days – provide consumer trial events at local XXIO dealer locations Retail Merchandising – updating brand presence at local retailers including POP, inventory, and display assembly Account Development - conduct sales presentations to grow product distribution within a territory Staff Training - conduct education and training events for dealers within a territory Field Updates – provide detailed updates of competitor field information and territory trends Weekly Call Reports – completion of weekly call reports and event scheduling

EDUCATION / SKILLS:

  • 1-3 years of Sales Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have golf industry, retail and/or education (i.e. PGM Program, Golf Academy) experience
  • High-energy individual with strong multi-tasking, selling skills, and relationship building skills
  • Passion for the Srixon/CG/XXIO brands and products
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellence at managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
