SRIXON’S ROBERT ALLENBY MAKES IT 2-IN-A-ROW DOWN UNDER
Resurgent Aussie captures Australian PGA Championship

ATLANTA, GA, December 5, 2005
December 5, 2005 — Srixon Staff Professional Robert Allenby claimed his second win in as many weeks at the centenary Australian PGA Championship at the Hyatt Regency Coolum. Last week’s Australian Open champion stood on the tee of the extremely difficult 18th hole in a tie for the lead. A perfect drive followed by a clutch 8-iron to 3 feet and ensuing putt earned the Victoria native a one shot victory. Allenby fired a final round 5 under par 67 to finish at 18 under par 270 for the third Australian PGA crown of his career.

In capturing his second consecutive event on the PGA Australasian Tour, Allenby again used a full bag of Srixon clubs including the W-403AD driver, W-403AD 3 and 5 woods, I-404 irons, WG-504 wedge and the Srixon Z-UR golf ball.

Srixon golf balls have earned 30 wins across the globe in 2005.
