SRIXON’S KARRIE WEBB WINS LONGS DRUGS CHALLENGE
Webb Captures Fourth Title of the Season

ATLANTA, GA, September 25, 2006
Srixon Staff Professional Karrie Webb won her fourth tournament of the season at the Blackhawk Country Club in Danville, CA on Sunday, September 24, 2006.  Armed with the Srixon W-506 Driver, Srixon Z-URS golf ball, and Srixon I-302 forged irons, Webb earned a hard-fought, 1-shot victory with rounds of 67-70-66-70 for a 15-under par, 273 total. She remains 2nd on the official ADT Money List. The resurgent Hall of Famer has had a dominating performance on tour this season.  Webb leads the tour with rounds under par with a 75.8% (47 of 62 rounds) and has pulled within 9 points of the lead in the Rolex Player of the Year race. She has 10 top-10 finishes this season including wins at the LPGA’s first major of the season, the Kraft Nabisco Championships to go along with her victories at the Michelob Ultra Open and the Evian Masters.  All of her wins came in tournaments with world class fields. This is Webb’s 34th career victory.   In November of 2005, Webb was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.
