Srixon’s Davis and Rollins Finish Runner-Up In Reno
Jimenez Finishes Top-10 In Akron

ATLANTA, GA, August 5, 2008

Srixon’s Brian Davis and John Rollins fired a 4-day total of 11-under par to finish T-2nd at the PGA Tour’s Legends Reno-Tahoe Open.  At the World Golf Championships in Akron, Ohio, Miguel Angel Jimenez shot a final round of 69 to move into the top-10.

This is Davis and Rollins second top-10 of the year and both enjoy earnings of over $900,000 for the year. Davis uses the Srixon I-701 Tour irons, Srixon wedges and the Z-UR Series golf ball.  Rollins plays Srixon irons, Srixon wedges and the Z-UR Series golf ball.

Jimenez has recorded his fourth top-10 this year using the Srixon Z-UR golf ball. He is having one of his best years on tour, currently second on the European Tour Order of Merit and is No. 4 in Ryder Cup points.  Jimenez will be playing in the 90th PGA Championship this week at Oakland Hills Country Club in Michigan. Joining him will be Srixon players Robert Allenby, Tim Clark, Jim Furyk, Henrik Stenson and Steve Flesch.

Srixon I-701 Tour iron is a 1025 forged carbon steel cavity back with a thin topline combined with minimal offset, which is the setup profile preferred by better players. The irons feature a unique face press milling treatment and engraved U-Grooves to create spin in all playing conditions. The sole has cuts in the toe and heel to reduce the turf profile and allow the club to pass through almost any lie with ease. The suggested retail for a set of 8 irons is $1,199.
