SRIXON’S TIM CLARK SIZZLES WITH SECOND PLACE FINISH PLAYING NEW Z-UR PROTOTYPE GOLF BALL
High Performance Golf Ball Continues Hot Streak On PGA Tour

ATLANTA, GA, January 31, 2005
Srixon Staff Professional Tim Clark put the new Z-UR prototype golf ball into play for his first two events of the 2005 season. His results? A win and a tie for second place. Clark’s tie for second place came at the PGA TOUR’s Bob Hope Chrysler Classic at PGA West, Palmer Course in Palm Springs, California on Sunday, January 30, 2005. Clark birdied the final hole of the five day tournament to finish with a 25-under par, 335 total. Clark, who won last week’s South African Open, catapults 11 spots to 38th in the Official World Golf rankings.

With Clark’s tied for second place finish, Srixon’s new Z-UR prototype golf ball—which has the thinnest cover of any three-piece golf ball in the world—now has two wins and two second place finishes, in just the first month of the 2005 season on the European and U.S. PGA Tours.
