Srixon Staff Professional John Huston came in 4th place at the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic in La Quinta, CA on Sunday, January 22, 2006. Huston, who plays with Srixon’s Z-UR prototype golf ball, shot 21-under par, 339 total (65-71-68-67-68) for the five-day tournament.

Huston relied on the powerful distance off the tee and precision with approach shots and short game that are the hallmarks of the family of the Z-UR platform of technology to lead the field in birdie average as well as rank 8th in greens in regulation.

This is Srixon’s third Top 10 in as many tournaments for the 2006 season.
